I wrote this song as I was hitching across switzerland.
I was about twenty one years old and had spent the last few months in Salzburg, lazily scraping by with some busking and working in a hotel that paid me in omelettes.
A rustic version with washtub bass and a toy accoustic. The cheap and nasty electric guitar is in there too.
